You can cancel order placed on Switched On Kids within 24 hours of ordering the products.

If the order has been shipped and you want to cancel the order, you can refuse to accept the parcel and return it to the sender. Please do not open the parcel. Once we receive the parcel unopened and with all the contents, we will refund the amount minus return shipping fees. (Shipping fees depends on the courier company).

Cancel order by :

1. Login into your account and cancel the order
2. send an email to sales@switchedonkids.com.au with the order details and the reason for cancelling the order.
