Makeblock Codey Rocky: Meet Codey Rocky, your new coding companion Codey Rocky is an entry-level coding robot for STEM education, suitable for children ages 6 and up. The combination of easy-to-use robotics hardware with graphical programming gives all children the opportunity to take their first steps into the world of code and compose their first: Hello World! statement at the same time as they explore their creativity.

This is programmed with mBlock 5 software and Scratch 3.0 sub-blocks. For the more experienced, it is possible to edit the code directly under Python to explore more possibilities. A Bluetooth key is available as an option to connect to the remotely programmable robot. The Codey Rocky robot is compatible with the Makeblock Neuron programming kit which will allow you to upgrade your robot: plug the actuator sensors directly from the Neuron to the Codey Rocky robot.

Rocky is the chassis and can work only by matching with Codey. With Rocky, it can avoid obstacles, recognize colours, follow lines and more!

Harnessing the power of mBlock software, Codey Rocky allows children to create dot matrix animations, design games and realize AI and IoT applications. By programming each and every move made by the robot, not only will children be able to understand each command intuitively, they will also find it a very rewarding experience through hardware creation.
